How many days is Eid-al Adha?

Eid-al Adha is celebrated for 3 days.

When does Eid al-Adha end?

Sacrifice on Eid al-Adha

Following the Eid prayer on the first day of Eid al-Adha, we stat to offer a sacrifice – Qurbani – to remember the sacrifice made by Prophet Ibrahim (AS) to Allah (SWT).

A portion of this meat (from a sheep, goat, cow or camel) then goes to help our brothers and sisters in need.

Observances on Eid

As with any festival and important occasion, we follow the example of Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
