Overnight, simmering tensions in the Middle East appear to have tipped into an unprecedented escalation, sparking fears that the situation may deteriorate in the coming hours and days. Islamic Relief strongly condemns all violence and is calling on all parties to exercise restraint to avoid civilian casualties.
